Returns and Exchanges


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included parts.  
  • You may return unwanted items, in original condition, within 30 days from product receipt for credit or exchange.
  • You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please take clear pictures of the product you receive and mark out the defects in those pictures.
  • Please provide the picture(s) of the outer package if it is damaged or unsealed when it's delivered. Alternatively, you can also provide an official damage report from the post office.
  • You have to provide at least three photographs of the damaged product that you received. You can alternatively send us a video that shows the damaged product.
  • Product exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.
  • Send us the tracking number of the package once you send it for return and replacement.

If the item you are returning was a gift, please enclose the name and e-mail address of the person who sent you the gift along with the reason for the return.


Packing and Sending Your Return:

1. Pack the items along with a copy of the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. This MUST be included with the return to get your replacement.

2. Send the return package to:


We recommend that you use a shipper with delivery confirmation to ensure your package is received and your return & replacement query processed.


Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different color) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund. 


To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied, this is why we make returns FREE and easy. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return your order. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay.

Naturally, any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e., used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

We do NOT issue a refund in case:

  • Your order does not arrive due to wrong information being provided (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to unique situations that we do not control, e.g., not cleared by your local customs agencies, shipping delayed by a natural disaster, etc.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns received after 30 days from the original delivery date. All items washed, worn, damaged or altered are considered non-returnable items. reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds and may update this Policy at any time without notice.


Canceling Your Order

Orders can be canceled before they are processed & shipped to you. If you have paid for your item(s) and need to cancel/change the order, then kindly contact us with 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has completed, we can no longer process order cancelations.
